“Sometimes we have to soak ourselves in the tears and fears of the past to water our future gardens.” ― Suzy Kassem

What are they?

Your most beautiful gifts (to the world).

The thing is, our inner compass defines our outer world, but when that is defined, mostly, by what others tell us — e.g. “Are you sure?”, “You might fail” or “I wouldn’t” — is it any wonder we end up doing the same things as everyone else.

To be clear. This isn’t an ego trip. If anything, it’s a self-examination riff.

If you’re willing to go within, remember that a blank sheet of paper is far more beneficial than thinking you have all the answers.

Start there, and the world really is your oyster.
